You wake up. You’re feeling nauseous and you have the biggest headache. Maybe you had too much to drink at your best friend’s wedding, or perhaps you shouldn’t have stayed out singing “Don’t Stop Believing” at the karaoke bar last night. What’s your secret to curing a hangover?

If you’ve ever had roommates, then more than likely you’ve experienced roommates from hell once or twice in your life. The problem with getting rid of roommates like that is that they have keys to your home, they know where you live, and they know what you do. The last thing you want to do with a roommate from hell is to make things worse than they already are. So what is a person to do? You have to get rid them but make them think that they are leaving because THEY WANT to leave. That is the trick. Now, it does take a bit of finesse and maybe a little bit of acting ability to carry this off.
The smart and funny things you can do:
1- Trash the room when your roommate’s not around. Then leave and wait for your roommate to come back. When he/she does, walk in and act surprised. Say, “Uh-oh, it looks like THEY were here again.
2- Eat lots of Lucky Charms. Pick out all the yellow moons and stockpile them in the closet. If your roommate inquires, explain that visitors are coming, but you can’t say anything more, or you’ll have to face the consequences again.
3- Keep a tarantula in a jar for three days. Then give away the tarantula. If your roommate asks, say, “Oh, he’s around here somewhere.”
4- When you walk into the room, look at your roommate in disgust and yell, “Oh, you’re here!” Walk away yelling and cursing.
5- Watch “Psycho” every day for a month. Then act excited every time your roommate goes to take a shower.
6- Have “nightmares” every night and scream loudly, remembering to sometimes throw your roommate’s name into the mix. You can even try getting out of bed to do some “sleep walking.” Never acknowledge this if your roommate asks about it.
7- If you and your roommate actually share a room, tell him or her that you must sleep with the lights on. Possible excuses include night terrors, the buggy-man, acne, you used to live in Alaska, you hate the environment, you sleep with your eyes open, etc.
8 -Become needy of your roommate. Always ask where he or she is going when your roommate leaves the room, even if it is to go to the bathroom. You can also try calling continuously and asking him or her, “Well, where are you now?” or “Are you almost home?”
The legal ways:
1- Evaluate who signed the lease. If you are the only one who signed it, this will make it much easier than if you both co- signed it. If you are both co-tenants, you can still file a complaint to your landlord – for example, stating that your roommate does not pay the rent on time!
2- Sit your roommate down and talk to him directly about the issues you have been having with him. Give him at least 30 days notice to move out and find his own place.
3- File an eviction notice to your local courthouse if your roommate refuses to move. Or else enlist your landlord to help you evict this roommate.

I am not sure how to answer this because I never got drunk or even had a hangover, but what helps me when I get sick is gingerale. I usually drink a case to a case and a half a day when I get sick, do not mix food with this, you will just make it worst, but sometimes a little bit of sugar or peanut butter helps you get more energy to get up out of bed, but be careful that you don’t make it worst, that will just make it linger around longer, and nobody wants that, I am assuming, but gingerale always helps me when I feel sick
im not a drinker im only 16 but i heard that prickly pear juice four hours before you drink will stop a hangover before it starts
The BEST remedy is……..do NOT drink the night before. Maybe the “hangover” can be used to help us not to drink, so finding a remedy can lead to–> more drinking and…..more suffering.

the best way to cure/prevent one is to keep hydrated. the reason why you develop a hangover is because your body uses water to metabolize the alchohol and it leaves you dehydrated. trust me it works
The night before, drink plenty of water.
If it’s too late and you already have the hangover and it’s morning, then take it easy and get enough rest. Drink water because you are dehydrated and that is a big reason for all the pain.
If you have to go somewhere, then take some aspirin, drink water, take a long hot shower, and take it like a man/woman.

The absolute, BEST way to cure a hangover is to do absolutely nothing! I’m serious. Just lie down, go to sleep, drink plenty of water, try taking an aspirin, and do not listen to loud music, or look at bright lights. Though there is no surefire way to cure a hangover, this comes pretty close! Try it!
Don’t even try to get sober. Drink more. Pass out. Repeat as needed.

V8 vegetable juice, trust me! The low sodium stuff. Have at least 16 ounces right before you go to bed. You’ll feel fine in the morning.

I’ve found the best cure for a hangover is to throw up that $200 tab you just spent! Don’t go to sleep with all that alcohol in your system or you’re in for a morning of hell… If it’s already morning, sip on some Gatorade/Pedialyte– anything with electrolytes to rehydrate yourself. SIP it, don’t take gulps or that sweet, burning mess is coming right back up.

The best cure I found for hangovers is to take two tylenols or aspirins with your first alcoholic drink. The next day, I don’t have a hangover. No matter how many drinks I’ve had.

Two large glasses of water with a whole lemon squeezed into it will do the trick. The water hydrates and the lemon will clear the toxins out of your liver and kidneys. Or so I’ve been told, and I do it every day. And the next time, drink water and tell everyone you’re drinking vodka and water, and you won’t have a hangover!
The best hang over cure I’ve found is two BC powders and a Red Bull. However, the key is to prevent the hangover all together. This is accomplished by taking vitamin B12. One tablet before you start drinking, and another before you crash out for the night. Trust me, it works! BTW…alcohol should be used to fuel our cars, not destroy our bodies.
Doing heavy housework or yard work helps me because you sweat it out. The trick is getting started.
Whenever you drink you actually pee 1.5x more then what you consume. The best way to cure a hang over is to replace the bodies fluides that have been lost while urinating. So, if you drink 1 can of beer, you’ll need to drink 1.5 cans of equal water.
Also, hydrating yourself before you goto sleep helps too. Making sure your body isn’t to dehydrate. Drink plenty of water while drinking.

Finns are the heaviest drinkers in the world (at least according to Finns) and there is one way the nation cures its hangovers. First, you drink a cup of coffee for every three alcoholic drinks. This slows the onset of a hangover. Then, when you get home, drink a glass of water . Alcohol dehydrates you (so does coffee) and if you sip a glass of water SLOWLY, you will wake up feeling less ill the next morning.
When you do wake up, jump into a cold shower. It’s brutal, it takes guts, but since you are hungover, you won’t really notice too much. Then, put on your sneakers and go outside (rain is good, it helps you wake up – snow is better – a hot day will teach you a lesson in how to sweat) and run! Or… at least shuffle the feel along the sidewalk. Try not to fall over. Go at least once around the block. By the time you are on the home stretch, your hangover will start to disappear. When you get home, make a STRONG cup of cofee and drink it up while you eat a light breakfast. In an hour, drink another cup of coffee. After awhile, you will feel great! That’s the time you start thinking about tonight at the bar and reach for your Nokia phone (is there any other kind???) so you can invite all your friends to join you!

My stepmom (god rest her soul) swore that taking two aspirin and drinking a glass of milk would cure any hangover. Since I know you are dehydrated I am not sure how the one glass of milk would be enough but she said it worked.
All the answers point to ;fluid & pills. The surefire way is ; if you must drink, do NOT overdo it.Better still ;don.t drink.
atleast 8 hours of sleep, Infant Pedialite when I wake up and some saltine crackers. usually has me up and running again in 3 hours

Pedialyte!!! We used to drink it after a full night of drinking and run 10miles. Granted this was Marine Corps days, but Pedialyte is a godsend.
The “don’t drink in the first place answers” are silly because the question is not, “how do you prevent a hangover.” The premise is, you’ve got one. What do you do about it.
I haven’t had a handover in over 15 years, but before that, at times I sometimes drank with…ah, too much enthusiasm. I’ve probably had a hundreds of hangovers.
The cure needs to match the severity of the hangover. If it’s minor, a couple of glasses of water or gatorade and aspirin should work.
If it’s a little more serious, add a valium or beer to the above.
If it is really painful, try a 5mg valium *and* a beer, plus the aspirin and other liquid.
If it is still more severe add a 10 mg hydrocodone tablet to the beer and valium, liquids and aspirin. Don’t drive or operate machinery or handle sharp knives.
A major hangover, one that makes it nearly impossible to function, take two of those 10mg hydo tablets, plus the liquid and aspirin, but not the beer or valium.
The worst hangovers I’ve ever had were so bad I was afraid I wasn’t going to die. These hangovers continue on into the second day when they are still ttwo hydocodone tabets nightmares. Only once was I cured this mega-level hangover. A friend put a moderate dose of what he called, “magic mushrooms” in a blender with some juice, and liquified them. About a half-hour after drinking that cocktail – on a very empty stomach, due to the dry heaves – the hangover had completely vanished, like…magic. Three or four hours later, when the mushrooms wore off, I slept until the next day. I awoke feeling that my brain had been slightly fried, but no hangover from the alcohol.
I would recommend this as a regular solution.

When I booze hard… I drink plenty of water right before bed..then you don’t wake up in the morning with massive dry mouth and swollen lips.. or a head ache.. try steam room and excercise…
drink a half carton of orange juice to rehydrate your body and give you vitamin c which is great for you. go outside, i know its hard just throw on some shades, and run to the end of your street, then back. eat some food, something with protein like a pb&j or meat. then take like 600 mg of ibuprofen, put on your favorite movie, and relax

Alcohol depletes most of the sugar out of the blood system and therefore, you will be dehydrated. Should drink a glass of water for every alcoholic drink you have to stay hydrated.
To replace the sugar and prevent a hangover when you do wake up, before you go to bed, make toast and put honey on it. Or just eat a spoon or two of honey.

The easiest way to recover from one is not to have one in the first place. Know your limit. Stick to it. You will never have the problem. Do the research on your height and weight and stay clearly under it. You will feel the buzz and enjoy yourself without getting a hangover if you are smart.
I know alot of people have never tried this one Take any asprin you have and PICKLE JUICE. WAit till your not nauseated any more if you can sleep alittle more that will help and then eat a soup. The pickle juice breaks down the the alcohol. Sleeping helps the digestion and pain. Then when you wake take a shower eat a meal or a soup. Well it always makes sick people better so why not a hang Over. ALso if you have had one of those days you can burb and your tummy feels bloated and you really want to burb well just one swig of pickle juice you will BURB and the sun comes out,birds sing and YOU can boogie again. OK one more. If your mouth is burning with a jalepeno or salsa and you need relief fast turn the hot water on andlet it get as hot as you can take in your mouth. OH it will hurt but just for a second. If you have ever used Listerene tthat is the same feeling.

The best way to cure a hangover is
A. Take a drink of what bit you the night before and start all over again or
B. Before you go to sleep on the night of drinking, take two alka seltzers and some Maalox, Mylanta, or any other type of stomach medicine and you won’t wake up feeling horrible to start with. Make sure you eat something when you are drinking, don’t just drink on an empty stomach.
Not to be a smart ass are anything like that, but the best remedy of a hang over is don’t get drunk and you won’t need one.
Nothing really cures a hangover. All you have to do is rest the entire day. Water is not the key. Albeit, many people are very very thirsty once they wake up with the hang-over. The best thing to do is let your body heal on it’s own. Just lie down and wait until you feel that the hang-over is gone. If you wake up with a hang-over @9am, you should feel better and ready to eat by 5pm in the evening.

The best way to cure a hang over is to not drink the night before you have be at your best. Drinking lots of water may help if you only consume a very limited amount of alcohol. Contrary to popular belief, dehydration is not the only reason one will suffer a hange over. Alcohol does a lot more to your system. You suffer a vitamin deficiency as well that will only solve itself with time. You also suffer an oxygen deficiency called hypoxia. You can’t make your body metabolize nutrients faster. If you take diet pills, you will just add to dehydration, making the situation even worse. You just have to wait it out and let your body filter the poisons out of your system.
On a side note, I have known people in the medical field who will go into work and hook up themselves up to a saline drip and breathe some oxygen–this is the best way to cure a hang over. The saline will get rid of dehydration. The oxygen helps to purify the blood.

Best thing to do is not to drink at all! in all honesety I ask all my buds if they even like to drink and they say no, they just do it for the “scene” rebelious, ect.. to fit in. we all know most beers taste bad, unless your really into the buisness of beer, tasting ect then this does not apply to you. most beers in grocery stores are watered down and not even good for you in general. people need to stop relying on beer to have a good time. If your personality sucks when your sober, then I guess you need new social skills. Being drunk= not cool

Yup, we learned this one in biology class. The best way to avoid a hangover is to drink plenty of water before you drink. That’s why you get a hangover–because you’re dehydrated. So the best cure? Water. Lots of it.

To all those that are saying, “Don’t drink in the first place,” that is not an answer. The question did not ask about preventing hangover, only curing it. You HAVE the hangover so you DID drink last night. Time travel is not possible so you cannot stop yourself from doing all those shots. I go with the water treatment and moving very, very slowly for the first two hours.

I’ve found that drinking water and laying completely still with my eyes closed works a little – at least until vomiting takes the lead and then I feel much better. Also, having a cold shower or even putting your head under the showerhead should help shake off the diziness/headache. I always try to promise myself I’ll never drink again – it’s the alcohol traveling around in my stomach that speaks – yet…As for the night before, if you want to drink, try to stick to one specific and not mix them up – vodka/beer/scotch etc. Don’t drink too fast, the one after the other, and make sure you drink some water in between.

Here’s a cure – don’t drink so much. If you drink that much on purpose you are just asking for it, so tough luck and deal with the consequences.
When I was in college I used to take an old-school Alka-Seltzer before going to bed. If unavailable, 2 aspirin with a big glass of water.
One teaspoon of apple cidar vinegar, glass of green tea mixed with one teaspoon of stevia on ice.
Hmmmm. Accompany your drinks with lots of drunk dancing . Eat a slice of pizza and a glass of water with your friends before you go home. Then grab your pillow and blanket cuddle up next to your toilet. The cold tiles will do the trick. And if you’ve been naughty and mixed your drinks, the toilet will be there to hold your hair back when you vomit!! When you wake up in the mid afternoon the next day, go out to the nearest subway and get a big sandwich loaded with veggies and a bottle of water. Don’t forget your blackout shades!
To metabolize alcohol, you use up water and a decent amount of B vitamin (there are other that are diminished as well). People usually say B-12, but in reality the B group (thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, etc.) is best taken just like that, a group. So, a B vitamin complex (like B-100) is the best way to absorb them, along with a Centrum or some similar multivitamin/mineral supplement. Water is an obvious necessity to rehydrate, but you can do a small preemptive strike by drinking a pint or more of water before going to sleep. This will usually do two things: it will hydrate you a little bit, and it might make you want to urinate during the night, and then you can drink some more water on the way to the bathroom.
From Charlie Papazian’s advice (the established homebrew guru) — which is a little more organic — drink water before sleeping. Upon waking up, throw brewer’s yeast into a glass of orange juice. My drink of choice is V8 for pretty much any kind of replenishment, be it a night out or a hard training day.
If you absolutely need some alcohol to cut the horror, you can try mixing a little beer with V8 or tomato juice. Trust me, it doesn’t taste bad at all.
Well, I gave up all consumption of alcohol about 8 years ago due to the fact I wasn’t tolerating it very well. But when I did drink too much, what I did was, before I went to sleep I would drink several glasses of cold water and take 2 – 3 ibuprofen. This seemed to do the trick because alcohol dehydrates your body on top of destroying your brain cells. One of the major reasons I quit drinking is when I saw pictures of the brains of alcoholics. The alcohol eats huge holes in your brain. It isn’t just the liver that gets killed! So why do hangovers happen? It’s probably because the brain is being destroyed – literally, destroyed by it. So I quit after that figuring I had done enough damage to myself. For what it’s worth, drink lots of water and try to hydrate yourself. But the best cure I can think of is to just quit drinking any kind of alcoholic substance for the rest of your life.

Any medical professional knows the wonders of a saline drip. Seriously. I have known so many techs from my department to come in to work periodically with a hangover. If they come in early enough, they go into an empty room, we run an IV and let a bag of saline drip. Takes about an hour and after that, they running patients in and out as if nothing happened the night before!
Before you hit the sack try to drink as much water as possible. But sometimes this is hard to remember to do if your totally wasted.
Prevention is better then a cure.
Try not to mix your drinks or learn what drinks dont mix well for you.
Eat before drinking and before you go to bed, something like bread or cereal, something hearty to line you stomach.
Try to drink at least some water or non alcholic fluid before sleeping also sip on during the night, preferably not coffee either as it is also a duretic and can dehydrate you.
Try Vodka and Water, Re-hydrate while you de-hydrate
If you do wake up with a hangover, drink water, eat a banana and if you dont have to work, take it easy and swear you will never drink again…….yeah right!
Try not to go out to get trashed, learn your limits, drinking is not ment to be about passing out, its about relaxing, letting loose and having a good time.
Also wash your head with plenty of cold water and you can also have tamarind water. The food with citrus content will also help you to recover .

The best way to cure a hangover is just to get over it and not let a headache get in your way. It’s going to be gone after a few hours anyway. Why not sit down and relax with a movie – all you need is some ‘mong’ time.
Basically, man up. If you were irresponsible enough to drink too much the night before then you should be responsible enough to not moan about it the next day.
Before I set out to have a night on the town, I eat some chicken breast and have a few glasses of water and take 3 Tylenol. After the evenings festivities, I drink a bottle of Gatorade and take 2 more Tylenol. If I feel woozy in the morning, which doesn’t happen very often – I will eat a banana and drink more water. The water helps to rehydrate and the banana helps to replace the potassium and even calcium in your system.
I usually pop 2-3 either Ibuprofen or Tylenol and I drink plenty of water to re-hydrate myself. If your stomach is upset eat something light like lgihtly buttered toast. If you can then lie back down to further help the headache and stomach ache.
if you know you’re going out to get hammered, when you go to bed, take 2 aleve tabs, a motion sickness med (for the dizzies) a small glass of fruit juice and when you wake up, you should be in good shape. follow with another glass of fruit juice and coffee if you can. works every time for me.
I find the best cure for a hangover is a greasy pork sandwich served up in a dirty ashtray.
Have another drink when you wake up. Sounds odd and probably not very agreeable at the time but will do the trick. A hangover is a state of dehydration (Tequilla hangovers are the worst as they dehydrate you faster and longer) so easy solution is to drink water. If possible before you go to bed, try to have 1 glass of water per drink you had; if you can’t drink as much water as you can handle. It’ll soften the blow in the morning. Smoking marijuana the night you’re drinking at some point will prevent a hangover for some reason.
Just keep drinking. you never feel the effects of the hangover!!

Eat lots of bread!!…It helps absorb the alcohol and its puts something on your stomach for when you have to puke. Don’t drink water because it really just makes you puke more.

The best way to “avoid” having a hangover would be to make sure that you keep your self hydrated by drinking water. Alcohol makes you urinate more frequently and you tend to lose your bodily fluids which keep you hydrated. And try not to mix your alcohol’s.

Before- Take high calorie meals and try and incorporate food with fat high content.It helps keep alcohol from mixing too much into your blood.Half a stick of butter should do the trick.
During-Drink plenty of fluids so your body doesn’t dehydrate- thats why you’re having a hangover in the first place.
After- If all else fails, no water was accesible during the all nighter, than you could
-Consume as much isotonic drinks you can. Balanced electrolytes helps reduce headaches.
-Eat some carbohydrates. It stabilizes your blood sugar level that’s gone haywire last night.
-Drink some water, to thin out all that sugar from the first two.
-Have a short nap.Your body needs to readjust.

The best way I have found is the old “hair of the dog” trick. The hangover is caused by alchohol poisoning, and the only thing that (quickly) puts you right again is to guzzle a portion of the very drink you had too much of. Its not practicle, say, if you are going to work that day, but it works. Its called “the hair of the dog that bit you” for you kids. Also, for a hangover OR just general poor feeling, try childrens pedialyte or the generic equivilent. It makes you feel sooo much better.

The hangover is caused by the dehydration due to intoxication by the breakdown of alcohol molecules. It usually happens then more alcohol was consumed when the liver of an individual can process and toxic by-products of alcoholic molecule break down and accumalte in the body with all kinds of ill effects (including dehydration). Where this limits lies is different from person to person and depends on age, gender, body size, general health, other medical contitions etc.
Another cause may be a genetic “defect” (mainly in Asian populations). Her the body lacks an enzyme to to break down the alcohol molecules as effectively as with “normal” people. For this case, abstinence is recommended).
For the first case, rule of 0-1-2 may be helpfull:
- 0 – no alcohol consumption at all
- 1 – no more than one standard alcoholic drink (30oz/pro hour – so that the body can process it and no toxins accumulate – it usually won’t prdocue to much of a buzz either (reason number one why most people drink in the first place, of course)
- 2 – no more than 2 days of -1- in a week
i just take 2 tablets of cortal it is fast and effective.
My secret is to not drink at all.
Just drink a glass or bottle of water when you get home from your night out, the reason for hangover is because your dehydrated. This will work 99% of the time!
When you have a hangover the next day you need to drink more alcohol. When I have one I drink 3 beers the next morning to feel normal. Example if I wake up at 8:00am I drink 3 before 10:00am. Then I am good to go for the next round at 1:00pm. You can keep going all day long.
Plenty of food and water. The more food in your system, the more food to dissipate the alcohol. And, puke your brains out. It isn’t fun, but your body does it for a reason. It will cure your hangover much faster. Avoid any drinks besides water, as you want to use it to recover the liver damage ASAP. Things like Gatorade take too long to digest out the water, and could mean more liver damage.
As for the food, go for low-sodium and easy digestion. Bread is one of the best, especially wheat.
Avoid using Tylenol or other pain-relievers (acetominophens) as they can seriously damage your liver when combined with alcohol. They are a really, really bad idea, and strictly a last resort.
Scientifically, the only thing that cures hangovers is R&R. Your body needs time to get rid of the alcohol toxins left behind, and only it knows what is best for it. You can try whatever works for you, but the only proven method is to drink water and sleep it off.
To prevent hangovers, drink plenty of water and don’t mix different alcohols. If you started with beer, finish with beer; don’t go from vodka to tequila or from whiskey to wine; stay consistent, pick one type of drink and stick with it. And again: drink plenty of water. Did I mention water?
As for curing one: food, water, aspirin, darkness, silence, sleep.
During our uni days we figured this one out. Buy a juice powder sachet. mix it up (about a litre) and add a tbs of salt and 2-3 extra tbs of sugar. Down it. (Hopefully it will stay down). It works on the idea that alcohol leeches salt and sugar from your system so…we’re replacing it. Well that was our idea. In any case, it seemed to do the trick.
I get a meal that has good protein and carbs in it like chinese food and stick it in the fridge at home. I get this ready before the evening starts. I take a multivitamin / multimineral before drinking, take another toward the end of drinking, drink like five glasses of water along the way, I take a cab, bus, walk home and eat the food. Pretty much pass out while watching cable. Next day, it is like I never had anything to drink. I also take a good shower in the morning and again right after work because all that alcohol smell is coming through the skin pores. I also have a separate pair of drinking shoes because I do not want the bar smell with me at work the next day. Only time this did not work was when I got drunk on tequila. Perhaps some Mexican food was the cure for that.
You pop some aspirin, maybe get some coffee and wait till that point. You know when you feel it–it’s when you’re still queasy from all that rotgut in your stomach the night before but you’re not so queasy that some greasy food doesn’t sound good. So you go to Denny’s McD’s or your favorite greasy breakfast cafe and chow down and wash it all down with some more coffee.

If you feel a buzz, it’s too late. Once you get warm you’ll be twice as drunk. Drink plenty of water when home.. One 8 oz for every drink, beer, or wine glass. Right before bed, two Alka-Seltzers in 2 oz of water. Shoot it back. Wake up refreshed.
Early morning hangover and you have to be at work in an hour? Two Alka-Seltzers in 2 oz of water. Shoot it back. Grab 32 oz gatorade and drink slowly. You’ll feel human again in 30 min.

First of all whats done is done, so “not drink the night before” is out of the question.
First when u wake up with a big headache sit there or lye down and think about what you’ve (basically regret it).
Second, get your butt up taking the pain like a man and go to the nearest store and buy 2 big gatorades, some tomato juice, and a red bull.
Third, you go back home and consume all of it. Then get a second opinion from someone who drinks alot.

Ok so the best way to cure the worst hangover is to never get it at all!! And this is how you do it.
Upon arriving home go straight to the bathroom, make yourself throw-up. (gross i know! but this is a necessary step)
Next, wash your hands nasty! Ew and brush your teeth.
After you have completed the necessary hygiene parts, go to the kitchen. Get a bottle of water, maybe even two, depending on if you decided YOU had to be the one to finish the last shot out of that vodka bottle. Also, you’ll need a $.99 bag of cheddar and sour cream ruffles potato chips.
After you have found a very comfortable position in your bed, start eating. Drink your entire bottle(or two) of water. Eat your entire bag of chips and sleep. For as long as you can.
When you awake, you’ll be ready to start your day no pain to speak off.
DON’T DRINK at all …. This is the best way to cure a hangover
All a hang-over is is an extremely high blood sugar on top of a sugar rush crash. All the symptoms are the same. Nausea, headache, no lights or sounds PLEASE!, dry mouth…All you really need is to pee the sugar off with water. You can boost you rush back up with a smoothie, it’s probably the best thing for you…but really it’s just too much sugar in your blood and dehydration.
Take your alcohol like a gentleman or lady drink it with a few glasses of water…trust me water is cheap and healthy!
Fast food! Get a greasy Mcdonalds breakfast (beg your friend or mother to get it for you) and it will help out SO much. Not sure why the greasy food helps but I swear by it.

The best way to prevent a hangover in the first place, i have found, is to drink a lot of water! For every drink you have, drink a glass of water before your next drink. It may make you have to pee every 20 minutes but it may keep a nasty hangover at bay.
However, if you do end up with a hangover, the best way to get rid of it is to take Midol. Yes, the menstrual relief pills. Its like a really good mix of all the things that will help you get over a hangover all wrapped up in one. And don’t worry, guys can take Midol too. It was actually a guy who introduced that method to me!

I am prone to hangovers–I get them whether I drink 2 beers or 15. What I do is take a full round of vitamins before I lay down–1 daily multivitamin that has everything in it, one vitamin B compound, a magnesium tablet, and vitamin C. If I predict I may wake up nauseous, I take a few Rolaids as well. It sounds like a lot at one time, but remember it’s all just vitamins. After that, I down two Ibuprofen. Then I eat a piece of toast, hop in bed, and wake up feeling golden. At least it works for me, and that’s my routine on nights I drink.

I have found a 100 percent method for hangover cures….
After a night of heavy drinking, add about 10 drops of (3%) hydrogen peroxide from your bathroom medicine cabinet to a tall glass of cold water. Do the same when you wake up….NO HANGOVER

I think, getting rid of hangover can be possible depending on how strong that is being felt, to my own experience when this turns bad to the point of vomiting seriously it’s better taking cow fresh milk or youghurt to cool the stomach after which too much rest will be required until the body comes to normal functions ,when i dared drinking water i used to vomit again and again. More over some people say hangover is quickly cured by another glass of beer.

I have seen there is no cure for a hangover as ppl seem to keep getting them. I would either try one of the 2 ideas here though to try to recover from one:
A) hit your hand with a hammer repeatedly, this way the pain from that will no doubt override the hangover to not notice or be bothered by it when you are sober.
B) Do not fall asleep when drunk, you could throw up and not get rid of it. That would be worse to choke on it. Also, don’t sleep when drunk to wait for that to wear off. Go to sleep sober or way less drunk, may help reduce the effects if you aren’t laying down.
IF you find neither works, then try going slow and doing very little until this wears off. It should be a lesson to not repeat that any time soon. It is temporary but why keep punishing yourself to re live it.

If I am drinking I always drink at least a pint of water before bed. It usually works wonders and I don’t get much of a hangover at all, but if I forget the water then a bottle of irn bru and an afternoon plate of chippie chips with brown sauce works a treat!!!!! I usually wake up after 11am on a weekend if I have been drinking the night before and by the time I have my morning cuppa and get dressed the chippie is opening!!! not very healthy I guess but works every time!

You won’t find water in the desert, but you will find another hangover cure. When drinking water, avoid water that is extremely cold or hot; drink water at room temperature.
Even though you’re extremely tired and a cup of coffee seems like the best way to wake you up, try to stay away from it.
Caffeine will only dehydrate you more, and since it’s also a diuretic, it will not help your stomach. Milk and other dairy products are also not a good idea; they may make you feel more queasy.
If you don’t want to drink water, try a glass of flat ginger ale, which helps soothe your stomach.
Juice is also a good idea; vitamin C will help give you the energy you’ll need.
Sports drinks such as Gatorade have been known to work for some people.
Have an over-the-counter painkiller such as aspirin or ibuprofen, to help ease the headache. Do Not have acetaminophen-based pills; these can be dangerous when mixed with the alcohol in your system. Either sleep in, or wake up and take any of the above-mentioned measures and go back to bed. This is assuming, of course, that you have the luxury of sleeping in for that particular day.
Another effective way to alleviate the pain is to lie in a dark room, with a cool compress on your head.

Nothing really cures a hangover, but there are a few things you can do to feel better:
1) Sleep. Once you awake, go back to bed. Sleep at least 12 hours.
2) Take 800mg of ibuprofen when you have that brief wake up moment. I would l also drink a 1/2 cup of liquid antacid.
3) Once you are finally awake for the day, take a really cold shower, or if you have access to a pool, take a dip. Do this periodically as needed until your hangover starts to disapate.
4) At anytime if you feel like vomiting, don’t hold back. After the vomit, you will feel better.
