		<description>well the best thing is to  eat veggys and fruit and a bottle of water .they have mixers at walmart you can buy if you do not like plain water......or a caffine free pop witch  counts for a bottle of water since it  has  no caffine... and you can make up a salad and add the  lowfat salad dressing in a small container to add on you salad  ..that if you have a frig at work to keep your helth lunch  cold .. hope this helps</description>
