orangehonda is a case in point of how rude people can be today. And improvement does not start until somebody points out the problem.

lol at the first two comments. I've never taken a business management type class, I wonder if they have sections dealing with idiot customers who are ego centric with an undeserved sense of self importance.

It's not a double standard, they run the place. Y!A isn't about entertainment and chatting, it's about trying to create a place where people ask and answer -- the blogs are chatty because they're blogs and are totally separate idiots.

And I love the society crap, as if 10,20,50,100,1000 years ago there was this utopia where none of the present day problems existed.

Why does Mike get to talk about whatever he feels like, and we don't here? My worst offence has been getting a little too friendly.

For a long time I have noted the irony in the fact that Mike here can chat away in this features section about whatever interests him, whether or not it's beneficial to the YA community.
Yet if an avtual YA USER evn asks anything remotely chatty, they get a Violation Notice, their post deleted, and possibly a suspension.
How do you, as overseer's of this site, justify that double standard?
I'm quite sure I'm not the only one one who questions this.

How much longer until society gets better? People are rude, especially on the road. Capitalism doesn't work. It is just a machine that dehumanizes us. Colleges keep graduating people, but there aren't any jobs for them. Etc., etc., ...
