Thanks to everyone who submitted a Halloween Yamster or Avatar image during last week’s outage—we loved going through everyone’s submissions and had a hard time picking just one winner. As a result, we’ve chosen one Grand Prize Winner (congratulations, Cameron!), and three category winners.

I know Yahoo!Answers has taken a beating lately, but that grand prize winner is jut too far over the top. I do not agree with that choice.

I liked the bottom two; the Little Red Riding Hood one should have won the grand prize. =)

The grand prize winner one looks like it’s decaying. Ew. That really isn’t appealing..Would’ve been fun to have gotten to vote on that by the other Y!answers members but it is what it is now. Just halloween anyway. It could be fun to dress him up for another holiday or make your own avitar look to dress up? Not able to find out how to other than to get the link download for the hamster, not able to dress up or post it. Seems to have been a system glitch then.?
Next time users’ choice should count for at least half the vote count.

Well i don’t think the first two were the best. The bottom two looked better in my opinion, but nice work anyway ’cause i know i couldn’t do that.

Those are all actually rubbish, except the Red Riding Hood. The one with the cloak wouldn’t have been rubbish if it had a better background.
