I'm from New Jersey, and I agree that this summer has been especially rainy. However, does anyone else think that over the past 5 years, the weather has become increasingly unpredictable all year?

Whatever the case, I'm just thankful that New Jersey only gets annoying weather, and nothing disastrous (except maybe flooding if you live particularly close to a body of water). Between that and the cultural and artistic resources of Philadelphia and NYC, it's a great reason to stay in the area.

Canada has it's own shares of problems, towards the west (vancouver) and up north (Yukon) , (whitehorse) there has been a draught. In the North its been considered unusually hot and actually considered a real summer. When usually its way more cold. Towards the east here in Toronto, it's been raing like crazy. It's the new London weather here. People here call the weather as if having it's "moodswings" One minute there'll be light raing, the next hard, hard pouring rain that floods the streets, and soaks anything in its path for about houf an hour to an hour. And the next couple of hours the sun will be shining and the weather will feel sticky and humid. All in a day. Latly for the past month it's been all rain and humidity here in toronto.

Here in Southern Illinois , we have been hit with one weather front then another with a gape of a day or two with no sign of stopping yet . It has been cooler than usual this time of year . Looks like a record breaking year .

RAIN? WHAT RAIN?

Live ion the west coast. It doesn't rain here. It is just sunny, hot, dry. Occasionally burns and jiggles. See you at the beach.

I live in Philadelphia, PA and we have been getting a lot more rain than usual here. Plenty of severe thunder storms, too. A couple of weeks ago we even got a bit of hail! That was the strangest thing in my opinion. I feel you on the whole paranoid bit.

Ugh, I know! The weather in Jersey has been absolutely horrible this year. I was so happy to go on vacation and see sunlight! It is really bad this year, I have never seen it rain so much. I guess the only good thing is that it's warm as opposed to if it was winter and cold, because then all this rain would be snow...and that would be ten times worse!
