It’s a good idea, but why not just make level 1 users go through a CAPTCHA to enter links? I don’t know about others, but it’s a turn off that you have to go to level 2 in order to use clickable URL’s.

Internet is full of spammers and hackers…. is there any way to get out of this?

well i think it is not a major problem for spammers… though it will some how be a speed breaker but you know it can’t be stopped

I am having trouble getting my yahoo mail on my phone and remotely. I can sign in and everything but every time I do it tells me I have 0 emails when I know i have some new ones in my Outlook. Can anyone help? Thanks

Maybe have new users start as Level 0, and they are not allowed to post any questions or answers.
