  1. I hope this is not associated with all the glitching that went on yesterday with that repair job. That was frustrating enough as it was.

  5. Be kind and give updates every couple of hours and a wrap up of the downtime. This last is so regular users can just refer to the blog entry when we get the first couple of hundred “What happened?” questions after service is restored.

  7. Of course no idea on when it will be fixed.

    The system was full of bugs yesterday and now, I see, there is just more of the same.

  9. Why aren’t you stopping people submitting questions during the downtime? I went through the entire process of writing my question, with long explanation, only to then find out the site was down and the question couldn’t be submitted.

  10. Was this a scheduled update? Kind of an odd time and day to do it.

    Didn’t they try sandboxing the update to see if it would cause issues?

    Oh well, I guess I can wait…
