I’ve always thought it was a useful feature, and I for one am thankful that you took my suggestions (expanding the “age” range of the suggested questions, to consider 2-3 days-old Qs that have few answers).
I often find interesting Qs to answer, and the ones I don’t like are easily collapsable.

Thanks for this feature. I like it a lot.

Indeed, I have been noticing some recent improvements. Up till the last few days ago, the suggested questions box was utterly useless to me because I spend most of my time in R&S; yet all my suggested questions were in the yahoo products category… I rarely answer questions there.

Thankfully, R&S questions have finally started appearing in my suggested questions box within the last few days.

This is a feature that I have not found very useful. Just because I answer a question about blueberry muffins means that I want to keep answering questions about blueberry muffins (although I do make a wicked muffin).

Please attempt to fix the constant error messages(Ooops!) that I recieve when I try to answer from anything but my own page. I also get the oopsie page when I answer questions and when I ask a question. This is discouraging.

I have asked several times…when will you listen?

The same incomprehensible questions (which is probably why they haven’t been answered) keep coming up. There are literally dozens of unanswered questions (or those with only a few answers) at any given time, so I fail to see why the same one or two should come up every single time.

In theory, it’s a good idea, but it’s basically useless as implemented now.

In the “Yahoo Answers” section, I would like to be able to view “search for answers” in chronological order.

I’m not familiar with the “Suggested Questions” feature, but I have definitely
noticed a dramatic and wonderful improvement to the “20-questions” pages.

Gone are the “Resolved” questions from 2 months ago that kept popping up
when I would refresh a page — for example, page #30 out of 40 total pages.

Also, there often was a hiccup whenever I clicked from one page to the next
– for example, from page #10 to page #9. If page #10 had questions which
were “18 hours ago to 21 hours ago”, for some reason page #9 would have
questions from “13 hours ago to 15 hours ago”.

Worse yet, whenever I would “refresh” a page like that, sometimes all of the
questions would all of a sudden be from “1 day ago”. All this seems to have
been fixed now.

First of all, thank for building a website as helpful as Yahoo Answers. I’ve used this website to seek information and to provide advice to others. It’s definitely a rewarding feeling.
The only issue I have is with people not choosing a best answer. If I’m going to take the time to answer someone’s question, I think that they should have the courtesy to select the answer that best met their needs, whether or not that would be my question.
People who do not select a best answer should be docked a certain number of points.

The Yahoo! and Wikipedia features in Answers is a great help.

I find that the # of answers given and the # of answers when responding do not compare in all categories.
