Think I’ll BBQ some ribs and have a cold beer or two…invite my band over to play some music and just have a party on the patio. Other than burning a little wood from a naturally felled tree and melting some ice in the cooler, it should be a pretty “green” day.
That’s not contributing to global warming is it?
It is a day to celebrate nature and make our Earth planet a better place to live.
Everyday is earth day for me.
I have two small trees in the balcony, and recently one has shown flowers. I love flowers and mother Earth.
I’m celebrating Earth Day from a designers’ perspective. The plural is for the great shares from fellow designers — along with my own designer’s eye — for great new home design and renovation products on my Gold Notes blog.

I explain to the students how important Earth dy is and encouraged them all to go home and unplug appiances that are not in use and cut off lights that are not being used just to to their little part
i had lights off over 1H!

I shop at an all GREEN store – no chemicals or poisons in everyday cleaning products and everyday consumable products. Environmentally safe too!

How can you people say “everyday is earth day” when i bet most of you did not even participate in EARTH HOUR!! I heard from EVERYBODY that it was a dumb idea, that they turned everything on just to be @$$holes. How can you guys participate in ONE FREAKIN MINUTE OF TURNING YOUR LIGHTS OFF, when i turned my lights off for an hour!!!! I find this to be the STUPIDEST idea ever. If ur turning ur lights off for a minute, than u honestly dont care cause u couldnt care long enough to turn your lights off for a freakin hour! Shame on u people!
Make a difference in our envirment!! FIGHT GLOBAL WARMING and decrease your electric bill as well as set an example for others!!

Today is EARTH DAY! I was planning on going to see the movie Earth and trying to make a difference in our community. Most people think small things dont make a difference, but they are wrong. Every little bit helps

Hey, I watched Disney nature’s Earth today! It was okay but why not spend an Earth Day watching a movie about Earth! YAY!

Barney…think you can hook Ash up? He/she needs to chill a little bit. Well, I’ma go back out on the old sailboat for another week. Wind/solar powered (no gas or diesel) w/ biodegradable head and galley sanitation. I don’t even drive a car. Think before you speak.
I drove my car around for awhile, and turn all the lights on in the house for an hour.
Stuff life Earth day is simple propaganda. Please, just leave me alone, the cold makes me grumpy, since it’s the coldest it’s been this time of year for a number of years.
Can’t we avoid repeated advertisement for reminding people to observe ‘Earth Day’. There should be some mechanism which should compel people to think the benefits of this commitment. If we go on spending on advertisement for the purpose the day will not be far away when loss on this account (advertisement etc.,) would corss the money/energy saved by observing ‘Earth Day’. So we should take a kind of oath every first day of the month when we change the sheet of our monthly calender for remembering the DAY.
