As usual, after the announcement of things to come, they come with a boatloat of problems, tricky corners, blind alleys, and more trouble than they are worth.

Oh, Customer Care? Forget it. They are the same as the smart folks who roll out these half baked ideas. No help at all.

I love using yahoo360 . Everyday, I have to blog and update news things from my contacts . Recently I know that yahoo360 will be closed soon and replaced buy the profiles.yahoo . I've tried this one already and can't find where to post my blog entry . And the pictures avatar now show 1 only , how about theme?
Thank you so much for your attention

Hi. Any chance that you all will revert back to the original default avatar and keep on with the new plan to let users use their Yahoo profiles and not their 360s? I'm used to the old defualt pic.

One of the most annoying problems I see is the report button. I understand why you have them, sometimes people ask offensive questions that need to be removed, but unfortunately people abuse them. Instead of using the report buttons as they were meant to be used they are using them to report people who they do not like, or questions and answers that they disagree. I know so many people who have had their accounts suspended because of people who report them every time they see them.

This brings me to another point- you need to review the appeals. I have had many answers reported only two of them actually broke the rules. The rest were simply answers that other people disagreed with. I have tried appealing to the Yahoo answers but they never did anything. Instead I simply get an auto response a day later. If you guys have time to design useless new updates that are only going to slow down your system then you have time to actually examine the reports and appeals that are made.

I like yahoo Answers, I really do, the people are nice, the boards are interesting, and for the most part it's easy to use. But this place doesn't seem to care about the users. The staff seems to be so preoccupied with twiddling their thumbs that all the important problems that need to be dealt with are completely ignored.

I just looked at this and it basically looks like a clone of myspace. I even said so in my status message.

I would rather see you fix your lackadaisical system of justice. What you are doing now is the equivalent of putting a band aid on a cancer patient.
