What’s the difference between spyware, malware, adware, & trojan horses (& other viruses)?  We all know how important it is to protect our computers from malicious attacks, but not all of us know what we’re protecting against. SuperComputer’s Best Answer (and several other great answers to the question) will help you become informed about destructive programs.

Do trees or plants ever die from old age?  We thought this was an interesting question when we came across it, and fluffernut’s Best Answer was very detailed. With over 300 stars, it seems the question intrigued you all, too.

What is the most important thing to remember in a job interview?  This question isn’t that unique, but it’s full of helpful advice for prospective job hunters.

We hope you learned something new and interesting as a result of these featured questions and all the others we highlight in the Best of Answers rotating module.

We’re always on the lookout for great questions and answers to feature. 4. i think yahoo website is a straight forward site for every one who can used it, so long as it is use in the proper manner, profane, abusive language or spreading virus will get people out of this site… but to tell u the honest truth yahoo is an excellent site w/ their restriction available… they r like a metro police. i like it.

The word “between” should be replaced with “among”. Between is only for use when comparing two things. Any more than two requires the use of among.

  7. I basically use Yahoo Answers as a search tool. 9/10 times, I can always find whatever it is that I am in need of and I think thats great. I want one of my questions featured, but I am in no hurry at all as long as they keep up the great work!!

  8. Yeah, sometimes I think some of the questions are not all that intriguing, but I find myself reading them anyway- usually the answers are what really draws me in on those.

I asked a question once that I thought was kind of a silly question, “How long can someone hold a personal check before it’s null and void?” I was overly surprised when it made the featured list! Apparently others were curious too.

  9. HEY: how about you poke your nose in the “dancing” section every once in a while, rather than sticking with the old clichéd Going Green etc. questions?? There are some pretty interesting answers!

  11. Seems like we’re entering a new world…where everybody can just ask the box anything and get just the right answer! I wonder if there isn;t a critical mass for intelligence. The world has already
    evolved before my eyes.
