Who will you remember on Memorial Day?

Many of you are enjoying the end of a long three-day weekend—the unofficial start of summer. The fashion-conscious are cleaning up their white shoes and rummaging through department store sales. Weekend chefs are scraping off their grills for the first of many backyard barbecues to come. And car buffs may be settling in to catch the Indy 500 Victory Celebration. But I hope all of us will take some time on this Memorial Day to remember and honor the men and women of the armed forces who have given their lives in service to their country.
Have a safe Memorial Day, everyone!

I will remember my cousin who just passed away last Sunday (he would have been 90 in Aug.). J.Tebbel was a pilot in WWII. Truly a wonderful man who would have done anything for his country & to keep us safe. He will be missed by many.
To each and every person that served in our Armed Forces since time began.I wish the troops a safe a happy memorial day and maybe next year they can spend it with their families.
Dear Mike,
War means suffering senseless violrnce throughout the ages.

being a veteran i must admit that memorial day is a day of emotion for me. there are so many privileged in this good country of America who have received their education free who have forgotten how and why they have this right. This is what I remember most, the free education offered to those who cannot afford it. God Bless America.
hi,
I”m Dung.
Nice to meet you:)
I honor Sgt. Joshua Ford, who bravely gave his life in service to his country on July 31, 2006. Josh died in Iraq when a bomb was exploded under his vehicle. He was 20 years old and a very talented artist. We loved him very much and miss him a great deal. God bless our service men and women. Thank you for defending our freedom.
